On April 25th, Yunfa Chen, secretary of the Party Committee of Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, led a team to investigate the technology innovation of TUNA Corporation accompanied by chairman Meng Jin, president Bo Zhao and other leaders.

Both parties had a discussion & exchange meeting after visiting in which chairman Meng Jin looked back the history cooperated with Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2016, TUNA Corporation cooperated with the academician Yi Zhang to establish the Academician Expert Workstation which was rated as Shaoxing Academician Workstation in the same year. The team of academician Yi Zhang exerted their advantages to help TUNA promote from aspects of talent cultivation, joint research & achievement transformation based on the actual situation of company and produced a series of achievements. In addition, the academician team also provides decision-making consultation for some major strategies of the company, laying a good foundation for TUNA to be listed, release of new products and other major activities. 

Secretary Chen affirmed the previous cooperation achievements of both parties and hoped TUNA to forge ahead, strengthening the cooperative relationship between TUNA and academician team in technology innovation, building an effective motive mechanism of cooperation with academician workstation, ensuring long-term and effective operation of the technology innovation system combined with academician workstation. He also hoped that TUNA maintained cooperation with academician workstation and developed in depth, adhered to all-round cooperation, expanded the cooperation space of academician workstations, and carried out in-depth cooperation in the industries of air pollution control, solid waste control and clean production technology of hydrometallurgy.
