Recently, the denitration EPC renovation project of 1# and 2# units (2×200MW) of Datang Changchun Second Thermal Power Co., Ltd. undertaken by TUNA was successfully started!

The main transformation work of this project is to increase capacity and efficiency of denitration! The renovation project adopts the EPC method, including but not limited to the design, manufacture, procurement, transportation and storage, construction, installation, and removal of the original equipment (removal and restoration of equipment that needs temporary removal during construction), completion, commissioning, performance testing, vacancy elimination and final acceptance and delivery of the project, also includes training on the operation and maintenance of the project.

The goal of this transformation is to improve the efficiency, after the boiler 40% BMCR load-full load range, the overall goal is that the original flu gas inlet NOx design concentration is 450mg / Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% O2), clean flu gas NOx concentration does not exceed 50 mg/Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% O2) under full load.
