TUNA "tubular wet electrostatic precipitator" project was awarded the second prize of Zhejiang provincial environmental protection science and technology award

      Recently, Zhejiang provincial department of environmental protection announced "Zhejiang environmental protection science and technology award 2017 notice Zhejiang Letter  [2018] no. 178", and our company's "tubular wet electrostatic precipitator" project was rated as the second prize of Zhejiang provincial environmental protection science and technology award.

       This award is set up to promote the environmental science and technology research work in our province, reward the units and individuals who make contributions to the environmental protection research activities in our province, select excellent environmental protection scientific and technological achievements, and promote the transformation and promotion of environmental protection scientific and technological achievements.

       The tube-type wet electrostatic precipitator developed by our company makes use of the principle of electrostatic dust collection, and charges the dust by means of high voltage corona discharge. After charging, the dust is collected to the dust collecting board under the action of electric field force, and then the dust is removed by means of water washing along with the flow of scouring liquid. With the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency (emission concentration 5mg/Nm3), high degree of automation, long service life, reliable operation of equipment, etc., the company has won more than 20 national patents and the honorary title of excellent new industrial products of Zhejiang province.
