       In order to further help students in the new vocational college to build a sense of team and strengthen their sense of belonging, TUNA organized the 2017 new staffs extension activities of college students.

       The first step of extension activities was "break the ice", which is to break the barriers between employees and strangers, and integrated into the team faster. New employees into five teams, after each team leader determined the team name、team song and slogan, started to carry on the team graceful display, the funny action and the interesting, took the young people's unique youth style and personality characteristics display incisively and vividly.

       In the following activities, the young heart gradually moved closer to each other. "Gather water from the dragon", "cross the grid" and "climb higher"... With the development of the activity, the players are repeatedly battle lost, often hurt often war, again and again, yet regret, refreshed again again and again, but them never gave up and never complained, After they succeeded, they hugged each other excitedly. The challenges that appear to be impossible are also successful in the mutual trust and close cooperation of the players. Through extension activities, they realized the value of team strength and understood the importance of being a "screw" in the team.

       Although the expansion activities was only two nights away, it is of far-reaching significance for the innovative employees of TUNA. This is not only the first lesson, they stepped into the TUNA, it's also the first lesson of their career life. During expansion activities, they feeling the trust, unity, the importance of communication, coordination and execution, everything will become their life's wealth. Hereon, I wish all new employees of college students to create a wonderful career in TUNA.
