      On July 27-28th, TUNA hold a semi-annual operation analysis meeting in 2017, and the senior management of the company attended the meeting. The conference aims to summarize analysis on company operation and management in the first half of achievements and existing problems, and work for the second half of the unified thought, clear direction and focus, to ensure the smooth realization of the annual overall management goal. 

       At the meeting, each department reported their work in the first half of the year, then arounded the target of profit center assessment and annual KPI assessment in the second half of the year, provided practical and feasible measures for business development and internal management in the second half of the year.  Financial management center, internal audit management center, human resource management and procurement management center director from the perspective of the company's management as a semiannual analysis report, asked questions of each department of business and management and supervision. 

       The company's president Zhao commented on the highlights and shortcomings of the company's operation and management in the first half of the year, then he gave instructions on the operation and management of the company in the second half of the year. He said that in the work, there must be a results-oriented and goal-oriented consciousness, push innovation, push indicator, and make all-out efforts to ensure a comprehensive landing of business goals in the second half of the year. He with each department senior management team separately signed the 《Responsibility for business objectives in the second half of 2017》.

       The chairman of the company also made an important speech at the meeting.
