TUNA 2018 new employee of college students started "expansion + training" smoothly

On July 19th, TUNA held a 11-days induction training for new employees. The training, aimed at 51 new college graduates, aims to let the company's new recruits to speed up the role of students to employees change, quickly integrate into the working environment, adapt to the post, enhance the sense of belonging and responsibility of new college students to the company.
On the first day of training, Zhao, chief executive of the company, led the executive team to the on-site training guidance. Zhao personally introduced the company's development history, development status and business philosophy for new employees, and sent new staff expectations and requirements. Zhao said, stepping into the first step of the workplace, we should speed up the transformation of students' roles to employees. Although leaving school, everyone should maintain the ability of continuous learning. Only by constantly contacting new information and technology can we broaden our horizons and make our work better.
During the two-day and two-night closed outdoor quality development training, we used the combination of activities and courses to change our thinking from practice, cultivate the team spirit of new employees, exercise the ability of cooperation, and explore the potential of each person through the five-minute activities of real-life CS confrontation, trusting back-fall, running the ladder.
For business training, senior leaders and technical backbones of various departments of the company are invited to give lectures to the new employees. The main contents include company profile, business operation, general knowledge, professional technology, and assistant lectures on safety knowledge and operation of office software. The lectures are rich in content and close to the actual work.
I believe that after 11 days of training, college students and new employees must have a new understanding of their own future, more handy in the future work. With the addition of new blood and new strength,, TUNA will flourish!
