Training of TUNA Middle and Senior Management Personnel -“Navigator Class” Ready to Set Off

Kick-off meeting for first phase of 2019 TUNA Corporation Middle and Senior Manager Training Class (also named “Navigator Class”) jointly organized by TUNA and Shanghai Bestway Training Agency was held on the morning of Apr.19th. President Meng Jin presented the meeting and gave a speech. The meeting was held by the director of HR management center Chunli Yang. Manager Yang made an overall introduction for “Navigator Class” project, explaining the training purpose, the basis of the curriculum and the management rules which should be implemented strictly by each trainee. 


With 5-months for the first phase of “Navigator Class”, the training contents contains typical and practical courses such as thinking pattern expansion series, management practice and scene exercise. The 31 middle and senior management personnel who participated in the training will rebuild the management knowledge system through systematic methods, starting with the establishment of operators’ thinking, mastering tools and methods, leading and improving the work practice, enhancing the cohesion of the core management team, and promoting the quality improvement, efficiency enhancement and high-quality development of the enterprise. 

At the kick-off meeting, President Jin pointed out that organizing the training course for middle and senior managers first was because of the good feedback received during the first “Navigator Class”. The second was to hope the company can carry out a systematic and professional promotion training for middle and senior managers. Therefore, it has been decided that among the participants of the " Navigator Class " in this period, the company's senior managers were required to participate, focusing on the core management capabilities such as enterprise strategy, talents, marketing and technology around the strategic development goal of TUNA Corporation, enhancing the cohesion of the management team, the decision-making and execution power, and promoting the sustainable development of TUNA Corporation. At the same time, President Jin hoped that everyone would cherish the learning opportunities, observe the training discipline and create a good learning atmosphere. 


On behalf of all trainees, the general counsel of TUNA Corporation Mr. Jin made a statement. He said that training was the demands for company development. Since taking part in this training, no matter how busy you were, you should abide by the training requirements, attending on time, listening carefully, thinking seriously and finishing the homework assigned by the teacher. At the same time, he also hoped that everyone, no matter which department they came from, should take this training seriously. Through learning and changing their way of thinking, everyone should improve themselves, enhance their enthusiasm for work, improve the cohesion of the team, and put the company's interests first. In this process, everyone would make common progress and reflect together to promote the development of TUNA Corporation.


At the end of the meeting, the group leaders on behalf of their group members came to the stage and said that they all would earnestly abide by the training system, listen to lectures and lead the group members to strive for the first place. 2019 “Navigator Class” for Middle and Senior Managers of TUNA Corporation were ready to set off!
