Occupational Health Examination, Care for Frontline Staff

In order to strengthen the management of occupational health monitoring, ensure the physical and mental health of employees, and implement the corporate management concept of“People-Oriented & Caring for Employees”, On October 17, Safety & Environment Office organized and carried out the occupational disease health examination, for more than 300 frontline staff to open the “health umbrella”. 

Company leaders attach great importance to this work, which is not only an important part of occupational health monitoring, but also can reflect the matching degree of job setting and labor allocation. The company assigned Hangzhou Youbin Physical Examination Center to work out the physical examination items, procedures and matters for attention according to the work site of the workshop. Through the examination, the company established the staff health records, gave feedback to the staff about the examination results, taught the knowledge of prevention, and achieved the purpose of “early diagnosis, early prevention, and early treatment”.
