MST Series Wet-Type Limestone Ball Mill

    

 

       The MST series desulfurization ball mills, which are a combination of advanced foreign technology and domestic user experience, have the following features: advanced technology, reasonable structure, stability and reliability, easy to install and maintain, low noise, low power consumption, and high efficiency. They are the main equipment of limestone seriflux preparation systems for flue gas desulfurization projects in thermal power plants and steel works.

 

 

Main components:

 

     The ball mill is primarily composed of a cone-shape feeding device, feed-in device, shell, discharging device, cylinder screen, bearing support device, transmission device, low-speed transmission device, low/high pressure oil station, injection device, and control system. The two end caps are both cast steel parts; the feed-in and feed-out linings are replaceable; there is a wearable rubber scaleboard inside the shell; the transmission device can work in either edge or center mode; either a rolling bearing or a sliding bearing can be used to provide support.

 

Working principle:

  

       There are a certain number of steel balls, which act as milling media, inside the rotation part of the ball mill. When the driving device drives the shell to rotate, the steel balls are lifted to a certain height by the rotating shell due to the impact of the centrifugal force and friction force. Because the steel balls fall down under its own gravity, the limestone entering the shell is milled by the impact force and milling of dropping steel balls. The material is emitted by the discharging device and cylinder screen. The discharging screw can prevent the steel balls from being emitted out.
