TSP-I Spray Bank

 

    

 

  We produce TSP-I composite FGD spray lines by introducing foreign advanced technologies and using FRP macromolecule composite material as main, which are made through mixed filling, solidification and moulding. Such spray lines are light in weight, strong in corrosion resistance, high in strength, excellent in wear resistance, high in system reliability and long in service life. Such product is innovative in compound design and fabrication of composite materials. We adopt single forming technologies to products, especially tee junction, during the fabrication to achieve higher hardness and strength. Fillet on inner side to make inner side of product more smooth, reduce frictional resistance on inner side and pump head greatly, save costs and reduce repair work. Apply antiwear agent to outer and inner sides of product to improve its resistance to abrasion and ensure its quality.

 

  TSP-I composite FGD spray lines are regarded to be advanced in our country by provincial-level specialists, and have passed the provincial science&technology achievement verification and obtained the title of provincial–level high&new technical product. In order to improve our technologies contionually, our company has established long-term cooperation relationship with famous research institutes in our country. Moreover, our products are checked by national inspection center at regular intervals so that the quality of our products is reliably ensured.

 

Major component:

 

  It is made up of main pipe, branch pipe, nozzle, strutting piece, adapting piece, etc. The main pipe can made by FRP or carbon steel double-sided rubber lining. Inside the tower, supporting beam is no need as the main pipe will be joined with branch pipe by  flanged joint.

 

Structure of pipe wall:

 

  Wearing layer of internal and outside surface: because of the scouring abrasion by materials, it used the E type glass surface mat, resin, glass fiber chopped strand mat, curing agent,  accelerant and abrasion-resistance. structure layer: this layer is made up of glass cloth, resin,curing agent, accelerant and so on. The glass cloth is  intertwined with the drum.

Joint method:

 

  1.Winding connection: this method will be used under the circumstances of the inner diameter is over 600mm. The surface is same as the outside of pipe. We assure that the performance of butt-joint part is same as the performance of whole pipe.


  2、Flanged joint: it is easy for installation and joint.  All the flanged joint is designed for the  specified pressure and they are all made up of  glass fiber reinforced materials.
